The New Brookdale is great!
That hideous lattice was down so you could see some beautiful stained glass
and a wooden covered wagon is visible in the wall by the firepit.

The creepiness is gone.
The staff was great. There are some great shows coming up... I'd definitely go back
for OSP and Five Eyed Hand. (Iain will be doing sound that night, so you know it will sound
great)

DSB and Derek were fantastic. There were a handful of friends there and it was actually nice
to be back.
Strange, but true.

I would have to say this ROCKED. The energy definitely came up a notch each time DB joined us. His set was also splendiferous!

Also I really enjoyed the show at Derek's birthday party the next evening. Some interesting combos. Really enjoyed the Derek solo stuff also was blown away when Stein and Zinardi locked in. Delicious musical weekend!!
