I've been accused, once again, of moving too fast.......mentally and emotionally. I think it's a gem thing. What do you think?

I was just recently examining my need to be in a constant state of motion...and usually I have only 2 gears - full speed, and off. It seems like I cannot settle myself, or even sit still and chill for very long. It feels uncomfortable, and makes me uneasy. I seem to need a goal...or at least a direction.
I am not sure if this is simply a "me" thing...or part of my Gemini-ety...
