Is anyone out there aware of the subtlties between May and June Gemini's (I'm a May 27th). The one common thread is the GEMINI"S ROCK...oh yes we are a handful too...

I have a friend (May 28th b-day) that works in the SF music scene, a friend who shares my 27th birthday (he's 3 hours older than me) that is an poster artist for bands using herpetile/ caphalopod imagery and is diabetic. I, on the other hand, am an artist, have some reptiles, love cephalopods, and do resarch on diabetes. My first kiss was a girl who's birthday is on the 27th also...it was in 5th grade but unfogettable. To make a generalization, I think that MAy Gemini's have a tendency to be musical, artistic, scientific and into animals more than your normal folks. And romantic! -

I write technically and scientifically and sing and love the instruments; and love Labs, St. Bernard poodles and Bichon Shitzus, etc. I disagree with many websites and naysayers that say that a Scorpio is more determined. When I make my mind about something, hell can't stop me. While I don't like to be controlled, I love to be loved and could be tamed by a sincere Scorpio who is irresistible.

I have noticed that May Genimis are a bit more responsible with material matters than June Geminis, they are a bit less scattered from what I have seen too... but of course I am generalizing!

Futher, when Mecury is retrograding I REALLY feel it but more so I notice how it affects others. Maybe heightened sensitivity is something this brings out as well as making people nuts. love love! -

I have come to understand that the beginning of a sign expresses that sign most powerfully and it lessens (if anything) as the sun goes through the sign. The idea of a taurus like gemini because it's at the very begining is something that I've havent seen. One's mercury or other personal planets could be in Taurus and that could alter things or even a 2nd house sun could give someone Taurus traits.

May geminis or geminis of the first decant tend to be more critical in our thinking and more commited than later geminis. Cancer cuspers are some of the craziest people in the zodiak as for as dwelling in the liminal lands, they put the pisces to shame.
I tend to get along with Geminis who have Taurus heavily weighted in thier charts which likely reflects the earthier values that my decant has. I am related to two early gemini women and both are stubborn bitches ( no neg. implication) My grandma made it single through the depression with a baby and was always selfmade and stubborn as hell. Her mind was sharp and it CUT! THe other talks about herself non-stop, a constant analysis disguised as commentary but she has fairly earthy and tangable values in the way she actually lives, good mother, etc.
Ive gotten the feedback that I have a pretty forceful and sharpedged mind and tongue. I don't take a lot of shit either mostly on principle. My values are central to my navigation though the world. I think earlier Geminis tend to be less extroverted and outragious,tending more towards conservativeness but understanding and admiring our more balz out brethren. -

Wed, June 14, 2006 - 9:02 PMI generally read the Taurus profiles while biting down on my tongue a bit... I've always been more of a gemini in pretty much every aspect. However, I was born on May 18th... which, in most astrological "circles" (doesn't that sound mystical? lol) is not a cusp. Meh. Well. Does anyone have an opinion on the range of dates in consideration to the cusps? :P -

I am extememly social and private at the same time. I want to be in the thick but don't want it touching me. =) I am a photographer and I can be extremely emotional to a point of driving most of my lovers to insanity and leaving me because I am not appropriate. I do not believe in appropriate-ness or hierarchy. I cannot be involved with most Gem men and I've had bad times with Virgo, Leo and Picies. However, Scorpio was my first love and my father and I get along super well with. In Chinese it's supposed to be Ox and Snake. Anyway, I do get along with all Gem women I've encountered and most women in general except Aries....too aggressive and self centered in my experience. I've banned myself from the dating scene for the next year so I can heal from a Virgo disaster. Damn I love that man! I am so easy to fall in LOVE but it is a rarity the Virgo cannot comprehend. Sagitarius is also a favored love of mine, but too wanted and unfaithful. Oh, to be a Gem who wants to just find her soul mate and relax in the arms of... what's a girl to do? -

I am with a Sag now and it's great. He's really mellow and he does not like to be tied down, just like me, so we get along great. Our only problem is that I'm Gem/Taurus cusp which means I am really stubborn and sometimes we have power struggles and I never give in. -

I've read its' the most difficult mix to reconcile. air/earth, mutable/fixed etc...i thought i was going mad till i really got into astrology & my natal chart. Gemini sun, Taurus moon , venus in Taurus and a bunch of other things that lean on my Taurus energy...actually i saw a weighted reading on astro.com that pitted Taurus as my strongest energy....so i get it , but i am a true Gemini...even the bits i don't want to admit. As I've matured (spoken in funny accent) i've just learned to kinda roll the edges off some of the Gem stuff that gets a bit frenetic...but depending on what's transiting...no hope ,it's just raw energy. So i can have fun, come what may, & always need willing playmates, which is better than needing a cracker up your arse to get going...but May Gem's i'm not so familiar with . i'm June 15 and have a crazy bunch of friends & colleagues right close to that. As far as attraction goes... thye've all (friends & lovers) got a strong scorpio streak in 'em somewhere...good playmates... Did i say i was mature?....lol -

So While I do have almost all (about 95%) of the classic Gemini personality traits, I am EXTREMELY faithful to whoever I am dating and much prefer a deep emotional connection as opposed to superficial, "light" emotional connections. I do not run away from emotional connections at all. Other than that, I am a classic Gemini lol! -

In all my readings, I've read that you're either one sign or the other, and being at the very beginning or end of a sign, gives you the most extreme traits of that sign. So, I was born May 22, which is supposedly a taurus-gemini cusp, but I'm nothing like a taurus at all. I'd say I'm very gemini, maybe even more so than june geminis. I actually think may geminis are even more "double" than June ones in my opinion, and yes I am stubborn, but I've got some fixed signs in my horoscope and angles, not because it's a taurus-gemini cusp. But like I said, it's my opinion. I don't believe in cusps.

I am in the Real Estate business, both on the sales as well as the Investing side. I don't know where it comes from.. I have an Aries moon, And Mercury in Taurus. scorp Asc? Although I'm in sales I'm rather quiet but I do fairly well in this business because I have a strong drive and can gain trust in others. I don't know but the money/ambition/ career hasn't been mentioned in this May Gemini post so I just wanted to shed some light on that topic. Have a great day geminis!

May 19th to be exact. So, in some ways I'm a bit more grounded..but I also have Gemini Rising and Mercury. I think that accounts for why I'm so scatterbrained.
Another thing too, I don't really act much like a Taurus, I'm loud (Moon - Aries) and love to be the center of attention (Mars - Leo) and I'm funny (Gemini =] )
Or maybe I'm just very bigheaded and think too highly of myself.
