OK...no Beach Ball this year, but...
While we negotiate the space for an outdoor mid-summer burn at a huge space on Long Island, we have a nice private warehouse/club space that has state of the art sound/video & lights lined up for a single night event in early May. You really will be amazed when you see where it is. The location is just west of Southampton near the college and not in plain view. Capacity is about 500 or so.
Open bar all night is included in the ticket price and very reasonable tickets. Round trip bus from NYC also...which is a good idea since the trains don't run good times and the cops are heavy in the Hamptons.
