I have recently become un-thirty, though I am in denial and successfully fooling others. I no longer have birthdays, I celebrate anniversaries. I have chosen to have anniversaries of my 28th birthday.

Hello all, is anyone interested in being the moderator of this great tribe? It's simply that I am very rarely on this site anymore and can't really contribute much time to it anymore. So would anyone else like to moderate it? And how is this done? All I know is that it CAN be done.

Any words of wisdom, thoughts, advice!
To be honest I am quite lookin forward to it, new era of my life begining and all that! The odd thing is I still feel the same deep down as I did 8 years ago ish! Just a little wiser and a little bolder about my ideas and getting them out there!

What's great about being in your 30s?

- Having just enough experience in life to know what you're all about, but yet having a youthful outlook on the future as well
- Having teenagers ask you for advice because you're old enough to know, but not old enough to lecture them
- Having the stamina to party hard for a few hours but know when to call it quits
- Not young, not old

Hindsight is 20/20

Now that we all have the infinite wisdom that comes with being in our thirties, is there anything that you would change about the way you lived your life when you were younger?

I would have been more outgoing in high school. I was so shy and as a result, I didn't enjoy it very much. I'm really not shy anymore, so I guess that confidence comes with age!

- Things start getting wrinkly and saggy
- Dating can be tough
- It's more work to stay fit

I can't think of a good photo to put in the album! The one of Cameron Diaz is OK, but can anyone add some? Thanks! I can't come up with any ideas (comes with age, I guess?) :-)
