Our plans for our pets for our coming vacation have fallen through. Anyone have great recommendations for local dog kennels that are good & reasonably priced? We have 4 small dogs. We can board through our local vet, but are really looking for something more comfy/ pampered for the wee beasties.

Re: Pet boarding?
Sun, July 1, 2007 - 7:15 AMcan't speak for prices, but i used to work at conferderate ridge animal hospital, and they do good work kennelling. dogs go out into individual runs for the day (instead of cages) and get outside into a fenced yard 3ish times a day (sometimes only 2 if the place is packed). they get played with, if you bring in blankies or toys or food, the dogs actually get them (unlike another place i worked that shall remain nameless >:( and if the dog messes his stuff, it gets washed and returned to the puppy.
btw, if your dogs are little, you could ask that they be put into a run together (the runs are big), and i'm sure they would do so :) -
