Decorative painting

Just had a look on the webpage posted in the tribe description, it,s beautiful! I especially like the illusion painting. I took a term of decorative painting 1 year ago. It was focused on imitation paintings of different marble and woods. It also included architecture and furnitures. Anyways, im thinking of developing this so that i can do work on my sparetime. I want to paint interior wall paintings, illusions, and al fresco. Also marbeling.

Thanx. I live in Sweden. I have got some who is interested, but i wouldent dare to paint anyones wall,s yet. When i get my own appartment im gonna screw it up totaly as practice first hand. I think decorative painting has declined due to modernism.. It,s sad, but most likely a rennecanse will ocure. To get work, i think the best way around is by person to person. If you do a job, then it,s the same as comersial, and by time interest will grow more and more.

That's how I learned! I painted all over my apartment walls!

I have done alot of residential and commercial jobs. So far, one has afforded me a referral. Getting work by word of mouth is awesome, if you live in a "keeping up with the Jonses" community...Which, now, I do not. In New Jersey, just about every job I did came with a referral. Ahhh, the upside of upper middle class american suburbia. Its just not the same in lower middle class, retirement, North Florida....sad but true...
