Michael is new to Osteo arthritis and degenerative joint (the tribe, anyway---only he can tell us about his experiences with the disease). So I will let you introduce yourselves as you prefer, and let Michael do the same.

      I'm glad that your shoulder at least had the grace to wait its proper 50 years, though I'm not sure anyone is ever ready to have body parts start to wear out. How is the accupuncture working for it?
