Hi all, I just joined this tribe and wanted to say a quick hello, I live in Charleston SC and have been bellydancing for about 8 years now, unfortunately just at home lately due to time constraints and being either pregnant or a nursing mom for three out of the four years we've lived here. My husband is military so we move often, but my youngest kids are at the age now where my 15 yo can babysit and maybe I can get in some bellydancing fellowship time...I'm looking forward to getting up to date on the happenings in this area and getting to know some of you!

Re: introduction
Mon, December 29, 2008 - 8:45 AMI'd LOVE to, I've been looking into that but all of them seem so far from me, I'm out in Summerville which is not too bad, but about 30-40 minutes driving time from the classes they offer. Are you a part of that group? I actually met a few of them in '05 when they came out to give a belly blessing at my baby shower, it was awesome! I've also been looking into classes in Goosecreek with Anna Houchin, she's about 10 minutes away from me, have you heard anything about her classes? I may just suck it up and make the drive, but it will be hard when my husband leaves and my 15 yo is babysitting on school nights... -
