it takes a long time for the performance to slow down (slow down in your mind, I mean) but once it does, you have time to think and pay attention to what you're doin and remember what you know. plus ppl tend to be overly critical of themselves. i bet you did lovely. from what i saw of your back you looked great ^-^ -

Sat, October 21, 2006 - 2:03 PMThat's funny, cause from what I saw of my back, it looked twice as wide as I thought it was! And my neck... and my fat rolls... and so on. I need to watch it again and try to see past that to see what to work on. And once hte house is clean, I'll start making little videos to see myself more often and start practicing what needs changing.
