ROAR_One, a mixed-use building in Vancouver's Point Grey neighbourhood, creates a new model for dense urban living. Ten two-storey residences designed by Lang Wilson Practice in Architecture Culture eschew standard layouts with predetermined uses for each room. Instead, LWPAC has created spaces that are flexible and adaptable.
