Body Building

public - created 08/20/03
Bodybuilding isn't just weight-lifting. It's beyond that. Bodybuilding takes into consideration, not only one's amount of muscle, but the contrast between their muscle and bodyfat. With this foundation in place. Ask yourself the following:

Do you like the gym more then most people?

Do you own a pair of skinfold calipers?

Are you familiar with HIT, HST, Bulgarian Periodization?

Have you ever chosen not to celebrate a national or religious holiday, a birthday, or a social event because your dedication at that given point in life took priority over a day of fun?

Have you ever underwent a cyclic ketogenic diet in order to attain a certain vascularity, while maintaining or maximizing any muscle gain possible via glycogen supercompensation in a primarily-subcaloric state?

If you answered yes to any of these, join up! :)
