Daryl's Workout Routine

My buddy Daryl is convinced he can build muscle with his own weight lifting routine. He lifts his pants by the suspenders 10 times. Says his jeans weigh 10 lbs. fully loaded with his wallet, chain, and stuff he carries (I guess he weighed them), so if he lifts them 10 times he thinks he's lifted 100 lbs. Now he's goin around braggin that he lifts 100 lbs. twice a day. Somehow I don't think we'll be seeing any biceps on him anytime soon. A dude had a real 100 lb. barbell in the garage one day, and Daryl couldn't lift it more than 2 inches off the ground. We've been razzin him about that ever since.
