I managed to injure myself by falling into a pothole getting out of Ana's car.....pulled the inter-costal muscles on the right side - very sore and not condusive to Tribal posture.
Luckily, it was after the workshops in Lisbon, which went very well and I met some lovely people!
The doc prescribed some pretty strong painkillers and they are making me whoozy, hence I don't want to drive.
Soz - back to normal next week! Maybe see ya Monday?
