I couldn't find this on at blockbuster so i had to buy it! Wow it was worth the wait! It's unrated! It's from the same director of Hedwig and the Angry Inch! ( which was brilliant as well) I've never seen a movie like this! I bought it because i'm a perv! i had read some reviews about it that had my panties screaming for more! It's strange i felt so many emotions. There are so many layers to this onion! How can a movie make you want to masturbate one minute and then cry like baby the next? Wow......I'm spent

Wed, March 5, 2008 - 10:39 AMThis is a great movie. John Cameron Mitchell is a really interesting fellow. He's really exploring the boundaries between overt sexxxuality and a really good story. It's not porn, but it's not a film to take your grandparents to see. It's realistic foray into peoples' sexuality.

As far as a place like the Short Bus? Reminds me of Andy Warhol's factory. It's probably the awesome combination of free space, glamour and decadence. And all the while it really is an oasis or refuge for outcasts and misfits.
Want to visit? Hell, I'd like to cultivate a place like that.
