NOTE: Same price for one or more dancers! Why should there be a discount? All performers spend the same amount of time getting ready, driving there and actaully, probably more time practicing since it's in a group!
Restaurants:

-Starting Point and Base Line: $50 PER SHOW, PER DANCER
-Goal: $75 PER SHOW, PER DANCER
Private Parties:
(20-30 minute show)

-Goal: $200 PER SHOW, PER DANCER

Re: Price List 5/11/07
Fri, May 11, 2007 - 9:17 AMThat looks good to me, and I'll add another category:
"Harem" parties - performance/mini lesson combo: $300/hr.
I've done several of these for bachelorette parties, and usually get no push-back on the price. -

Re: Price List 5/11/07

$275 for Little Girls' parties
$225 for 45 min educational shows -

Re: Price List 5/11/07
Fri, May 11, 2007 - 10:08 PMWhat about ATS troupes who don't perform solo? Since there are only a couple (one?) strict ATS troupes in town, is it too early or far-reaching to ask them to suggest their own standards?
Should there be standards for second sets?
Will the website suggest the goal prices, and then allow clients to negotiate down to the base price if absolutely necessary? Hey, it's like marking things up before putting them on sale! I mean that in the best possible way it can be meant about human beings. ^_^
I'd ask about surcharges, but maybe that's getting into too much detail. Heck, I'll ask anyway. What about surcharges? for mileage, minimum wait time before, between, and after sets?
Yeah, I know about curiosity. I need to change my avatar. -

Sun, May 13, 2007 - 6:15 PMWhat about what to charge for classes? -
-
Re: Price List 5/11/07
Sun, May 13, 2007 - 7:19 PMRight now I'm being paid by a studio to teach. When I ran my own classes, I was charging $15/class or $75 for a six week pass.
I really prefer my current situation, since all I have to do is show up and teach, and they take care of the finances. -

Re: Price List 5/11/07
Mon, May 14, 2007 - 9:10 AMPersonally, I think class tuition is at the discretion of the owner/instructor. This is really too complicated to find an average; different overhead for everyone and some instructors are paid more than others, ect.
Class tuition should be omitted from the standard pricing list. Everyone is pretty much in line here anyway.
