I know from experience as a graphic artist/web designer that picking a domain name needs to be easy to remember and spell.

The domain above is short, easy to remember, easy to spell, but it doesn't exactly define us as a troupe or dancers. Of course, anybody who will actually go to our site will already know who we are anyway. What do you think?

I personally prefer this domain name. If we can get a majority vote between
www.TheDesertFlowers.com and
www.DesertFlowersTroupe.com, then I can go ahead and purchase the domain name.

Keep in mind this title will be used in our marketing. What will look better on t-shirts, brochures, post cards, etc.:
The Desert Flowers
or
Desert Flowers Troupe

I need at least a vote of 7 more troupe members.

My vote goes to "www.TheDesertFlowers". My reasons are because of what I listed above, plus the name leaves more ambiguity--creates mystery and curiosity to those unfamiliar with our troupe.

Ok, I guess I will be the 7th vote. I like the Troupe better, BUT will vote TheDesertFlowers.com into play. :o)
