I don't know if others know this, But Susan makes most of her costumes ! and she does it CHEAP. She should teach a workshop on it.. ya know the kind where the give a list of things to bring to the workshop and you make your own using her different ideas.
MacGyver of Dance.. "SUSAN" with 3 yards of bargin fabric $2.50, some Christmas ribbon, bought in July $.95 some hot glue and glitter $3.00 you get this professional stage costume,,,, valued at $300.. -

Ahhh! A kindred spirit. My trade is garment making but I do it for pleasure too. I can't go past a bargain table without purchasing something. Usually at a dollar or so a metre I can't not get it.
All the chiffons and satins and sequins and such, stuffed to overflowing in plastic crates. Just waiting for that perfect costume. Just after Christmas is the best time to get gold and silver sequins and beads at very special prices.
Now the problem is my husband asking what am I going to do with it all now that we have "gone tribal".
