So I have a friend coming to retreat who has never been before....what would you suggest....

Tue, August 7, 2007 - 10:11 AMbring two towels! The weather is usually sufficiently cool that they don't dry out very quickly- cold towel after morning shower=BRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
A NOTEBOOK- for random thoughts and dance combos you want to remember. And a pencil. :>
That, and, ya know, like, clothes and stuff. And food. Yah. -

Tue, August 7, 2007 - 7:18 PMSun Screen and a hat for time in the field. Clothes in layers.. cooler in the am,, warm in the afternoon, then cools off a little. CAMERA !!! lots of film, or for the digital-an extra card.
Something to keep water with you. A yummy easy to make food for the potluck.
Your bestest, most funnest dance performance !!
