took an old costume/ lingerie/ cocktail/ stripper dress from over 10 years ago ang a dollar store bra and some fringe and fabric glue.... :)

hey, that's really pretty!
i'm not a huge fan of the green but i guess that's a matter of taste. guess i'd probably have put black underneath, to link it up with the black bits of the bra still visible

and the bra bits have a gold glittery stripe thru them, its nice too- im thinking about making a black under skirt or bottom skirt just for this
