TUTORIAL: Easy Panel Skirt

Here's my latest tutorial (sorry it took so long to do a new one!) for a super easy and fast panel skirt. These are great for both tribally looks and costumes that have a more cabaret type flavor to them.       Misha: I just wanted to tell you that your tutorial is wonderful. I've never made a panel skirt, but it is exactly how I would have done it. (I love blanket binding and bias tape!!! hehe. Anyway, It's very easy to follow and well laid out. I'm sure a lot of people will be really grateful for it!
