So I was in a made dash for a Halloween costume. I I started making it on the 29th. lol. I spent about $20 at Goodwill and Hobby Lobby and came up with this (I already had the corset and the pantaloons, but everything else was bought and altered or made by hand.

I love the hair fascinator, but the goggles are my prize piece. I love them so much!
The skirt was a satin sheet I stuffed with tulle for a bustle. I didn't get a good picture of the back, unfortunately. The shirt I bought and added the lace cuffs to.

What do you think?

Thanks! :) They were a pain in the butt!!! I almost starting crying at one point because I got so frustrated trying to get the metal to stick to the plastic. I didn't have any more money to buy another kind of glue and it just kept falling off. I don't know how I finally got it to work except that it was some combination of three kinds of glue and two vise grips. They were worth the cursing, though! :)
