drum and bass. what a strange question you ask. let me spread my love like jam, the more you spread it, the more it gets all ova yourself.

      word.

      artists you should look into:

      Teebee:
one of the pioneers of the scene. if you haven't heard of em, it's ok. his stylee is fucking raw, and clean. very deep, and almost progressive. some tunes to look for would be........Lost Cause. hmmm..what else. human reptile. objects in motion. behind the sun. evil ways. i can't think of any else right now. look em up.

      Noisia:
wow. noisia is the shit. teebee taught him how to produce, and now look at em. he's taken the expression, droppin the bass, to a new level. his production in unrivaled. concussion, the tide, brainstitch, the colaboration with teebee, lost cause, is fucking dope. the EP monster, is sweet as well. he did a colab with mayhem (another good artist) called the moonway renegade. one of the top selling trax in the scene STILL. word up and big ups to noisia. he started a label called vision. that shit is ill. noisia spelt backwards is vision. cept the V is an A.

      ASC:
makes everything from atmospheric, to dirty and nasty, to choppy as all fuck, to whatever. look em up. visible light EP is cool, so is snowstorm.

      calyx:
got some dope tunes out there. almost like.....too massive of a sound. some of his trax suck, but others are wicked. Fake I.D is cool, and so is leviathen. his LP, no turning back on moving shadow, is pretty cool too.

      Polar / K:
Whichever name you see, it's the same man. he opened a label with teebee, called subtitles, awhile ago. he withdrew out of it, but still makes sick shit. some of my favorites right here mang. no sleep is a sic track. the black science labs LP is good too. future dreams is psychodelic.....lol

      Amit:
If you like the middle eastern sound, or half tempo beats, here's the man for ya. Village people, sound warrior, and motherland are all good tunes.

      Klute:
hit or miss, klute is one of the older dnb dj's/producers. his shit is magical, but if you like the hardcore stuff, he isn't really for you. some of his music sounds like evil carnies dancing on pogo sticks.

      Hive:
THE Dj/producer that got me into the scene. he's kinda sold out, now that he cut his dreadlocks and moved to SF. but before then, he was in LA making raw shit. Working with sound Lp, Devious Methods LP, Surreal Killer, Weapons of mass destruction, Neo (from the soundtrack to the matrix) are all classics.

      Echo:
This is a jazz musician turned DnB. His tracks are for the abstract lover in all of us. look out.

that should be enuf for you for now. hit me up.
