hey bro, im not sure if youre lookin for a track or an artist but 2 female vocalists that i really like are Kathy Brown and Beverly Knight. Theyre more rhythm n soul, when you may be seeking more indigenous? like chanting ? Talvin Singh comes to mind. maybe hes more breaks....hmmm, vocals are nice when theyre good, let us know what you find:)
