There's a silhouette in my minds eye. You beckon me to embrace and take what is mine. As of yet I can not paint a face, but I see just the same. I see a strength of conviction and courage, as well as nurturing hope.

You call out into the night for me to surrender to your love. I sense abandon and loss. A tear streams down. It touches me from a distance as it rolls over your cheek and drops to your breast. As it flows so does the memories of many lifetimes. The tear rests for a moment at the tip, waiting to be suckled, drank, and consumed. It is as if the pain behind the tear needs to be taken in and worshipped internally. Only then can it become something more.

A gift, it is a gift of emotion. As it touches my tongue I feel a wave washing over me, changing me into something more.

I stand up, open my arms and feel our naked bodies react as our skin touches. There is a message being sent from your body to mine. It is a message without words but defines so much more than any words can communicate. It is the manifestation of a dream into something real.

Pressed close we open our eyes momentarily to share the coming of light into our world. And, as if the light bares too much of our souls, we close them and pull each other close so we may feel with our bodies the beating of each others heart and the warmth of our skin.

A beginning has started, and a dream wafts through the psyche to become real...

I see your lips moving, whispering. Tell me, what did you whisper to our heart?

I know of no other words that describe what I feel when we touch. It is as if the world melts away and all that exists for me is you. It is a bit unsettling. How does someone hold that much power over me? I freeze...

Then I psychologically poke you to see if you are real. My words physically bounce back through your eyes, your smile, and touch. I walk up to you, look you in the eyes, and you can't help but smile. I love that.

And then I remember. I remember what it is that means everything to me. You. And, how it feels to make you smile.

Come find me love, I miss you...

In the moment of your smile I remember who I am. I can see behind your mask. And I know how you can love. It touches something inside of me. It helps me dream of who we'll be.

there was something i noticed
something that crept into my heart
when i felt your presence
a touching
a warmth
a feeling
brought a lump to my throat
like a torrent of emotion
being held back
perhaps it was an illusion of my own making
but it feels real
close
warm
like warm snow that doesn't melt in the sun
its impossible but comforting
the white blanket of quiet
like a blanket for the soul
crunching under foot
making itself known
something pure and simple
but holding within
an infinity of possibilities
a glance
a touch
holding hands
the only sound is that of a heart beat
echo's in the mind
beats a song
hands clasped against one another
fingers entwined
electric
real
close
inside
infinite realms brought to life
starting from a simple prayer
a prayer for desire fulfilled
so here i am
naked and bare
and a little vulnerable
simply answering the call
i heard it as a silent scream
it came to me
sought me out
and brings me here to be
to be with you
the embodiment of your desire made real
and still we walk
hands entwined
not toward a destination
but sharing a journey
a journey of the heart
where rhyme and reason have no place
except as spectators
to the beauty of pure desire
and passion freed
not for anything else
but for the salve of the soul
the bandage on a broken heart
the taste of life that makes one dream
and believe
believe in something other
other than the illusion we call reality
the illusion of separateness
for we are all truly part of one whole
piece by piece we come together
to embrace the hope
that fuels the loving soul
i feel you in my arms
and when i close my eyes i can touch you
you feel warm
kind
gentle
mischievous

softly inviting
but there is a sadness there that is intoxicating
