These are wonderful! I love the colors and the recycled fabrics! Great for you, good for the enviroment!
I'm creating a similar structure, a little larger 30 feet diameter, and 16 feet tall. I would have LOVED to have found your old recycled parachutes to cover my PVC dome with. I wasn't satisified with old army colored parachutes to use, so I ended up using aluminet and on teh inside I'm sewing fabric together to make a more of a bedouin feel.
How much are your structures selling for? Would you be willing to just sell me (or point me in the right direction to buy) just the parachute?

Your 30-foot dome sounds awesome. and that's a great idea to get a beautiful bedouin look on the inside.
Are you using PVC for the framework?
I sold one dome for $1000 and that is how much I'm asking for the other two aswell.
I plan to make more for next year. I'm sorry but I can't sell any of the remaining balloon fabric - I'm going to be using it...

Yes, it's PVC pipe, 10' foot sections of 2" pipe, connected together to form an arch of 16 feet high, 40' foot total pipe length. :)
Would it be terribly rude to ask to be pointed in the direction of your ballon fabric source?
I've designed my tent to have multiple entry ways to provide for other tent's openings to butt up against the main "living room" structure. We'll see how it works, this is my first year building anything from scratch. :)
