It's an interesting question, re "marketing," for lack of a better word.

I think that a lot of MTF sex workers are engaged by men who know -- on some level -- what they're getting. I'm sure that there are the occasional clients who are too drunk to realize (or do they need to be drunk to allow themselves to get what they want -- to have sex with a MTF?)

So what do you imagine would be going on with men who choose a FTM sex worker?

I have to say that I haven't a clue about being a client. I've only had sex with female sex workers -- as a client -- on a couple of occasions and those were at the insistence of friends whom I'd accompanied to brothels (I suspect with a potent clandestine homoerotic motivation).
