Nuking Bread

When microwaving a loaf (to soften it up a bit) DON'T leave the twist tie on. It'll catch fire--given enough time--and burn through the plastic. Which tends to give the bread a NASTY burnt plastic aroma.

I'm warning you! Don't try it!
