some feedback,,
are trying to isolate the center point...it does this bobby thing up and down during your opp dir isolations, just wondering if it was intentional.

Thanks for the pointers and the link to MCP's vid. She's so very smooth and fluid... a pleasure to watch.
I have been spinning the doubles for a few months only, so I'm still working on my form, tricks, and transitions. The up and down thing during the iso's was intentional. Isolating (attempting to) them on several different planes - my own take on this commonly known iso. I'm sure my form is not what I'd like it to be just yet. But, I'll keep on practicing and I will have it smooth and fluid eventually. One of the amazing things I love about spinning is that there are so many different styles and new tricks emerging every day. It keeps it interesting, to say the least.
