Well thanks to lucas for teaching me the basic 4 beat anti spin. But what about 8 beats?How? A vid would be spectacular.

The larger the #'s are the more complex they become this is due to human body limitation.
The thing that makes antispin "cool looking" also has to due with your points isolating during the antispin and it is complicated to get all your points to isolate when attempting eight. This is due to the size of your staff in ratio to your body
Want more beats in your staff antispin you should try smaller staffs.
