ELIZABETH SHAPIRO'S BIRTHDAY PARTY , 2004
The first ever gig (of the 1st incarnation) of the four man line-up was Elizabeth's Birthday in 2002. This one in 2004 was actually MUCH better. These cuts from the LIVE BOOTLEG RECORDING feature Alfred Johnson on keyboards AND Scott Grusin on guitar - as well as the usual suspects and a lot of whooping and hollering. But who is that playing harmonica on LOVE LIGHT?
