I see that no one has posted here in a while, so maybe it's just me :D but my dreams this last week have been tremendous. Last night EVERY time I closed my eyes I was right back to where i was when I woke up. I was trying to teach a woman about my spirituality and then an evil force over took me and this kept happening over and over all night. I woke myself up in tears twice. Just frustrated. Today is Conscious Evolution day and I want to be able to meditate and NOT see these visions.

if I have these kinds of drems and awakening event, I take it as a sign that I need to "wake to the night and not to the day."

if you have a small altar to honor the Night Sea Jouney (as we used to call it when I worked with pofoundl disturbed adolescents at St george Homes and we held daily dream sessions with them) - then go to that place. if not, create one. ring a bll or light a candle or do some small ritual act of you choosing to mark it as sacred space.

then ask the dream spirits to be with you on your journey and to keep you safe from harm

something else we used to do with the children that I find often works with me as an adult is to draw or paint a Golden Circle (it can be as simple as just making a ring with gold paint) with the intention that this circle contain all those out of bound energies that manifest in ym dreams as evil spirits. Place it over your bed at nigh, or on a wall where you see it when you go to bed, or by yor dream altar. Look at it before you go to sleep and consciously tell yourself that the Golden Circle will protect you tonight.
it lso helps to have a prayer, manta, or otherritual phrase or simple practice that you repeat to yourself as you go o sleep. you can count breaths backwards, or there may be a prayer from our chldhood that provides that calming energy even if you do;t practice or believe in your childhood religion. (In m own life, I resigned from th Sufi Order of the West many eyars ago fora much less mystical, transcendent world view, but I find that in times of strss r illness, a Sufi healing prayer that I elarned over 30 years ago helps me center and may promote real healing.)

one more approach that may heklp: wite out a dialogue inyou journal (or maybe the modern way is on you blog) or do a drem-re entry meditation whre you confront those evil spirits. ask them directly what they want from you! you can try offering them a gift of some kind (maybe a painting or clay object you have made) or you may ask them for a gift, since they may have something to bring to you but they are being disruptive and you need to face them in some way.

you cn try drawing the dream with some representation of the evil spirits, then paint a olden circle around that dream.

I hope some of this is helpful. I just awakened myself feelign anxious about my lfie problems (lack of money etc) and this is thera[eutic for me too.

Maybe it is the way evil is warning you that speaking about close things will be played back on you. Even if it is just a waddle past, you may not wish to share those things....
