Next Pirate Party Sunday Sept. 23

Save the date. Sunday night September 23 our fun Pirate Party will return to the Powerhouse. Activities returning: write a message on a boy, Walk the Plank Game, and the best Pirate Booty contest. Other interactive games will be added. The Party will start at 8 p.m. This is a week before the Folsom Street Fair.

Dregs Party Thursday night August 16

Howdy. All Dregs (or friends of Dregs) are invited to the Powerhouse Thursday night, August 16. We're celebrating the success of our Pirate Party last month at the Eagle Tavern for PAWS. We raised over $1500. All volunteers that showed up at the Eagle are encouraged to join us. The fun starts at 9 p.m. and lasts till 11 p.m. We will have special drinks and food.

Pirate Party at Eagle Tavern was a success

Our first big event at the Eagle took place Sunday July 15. We had the beer bust and Chris and Derek coordinated bbq'd hamburgers. We also had cute, fun raffle boys (Michael, Eric and David). We had about 20 dudes in pirate attire. A fun day that raised $1500 for PAWS.

For fun you could write a message on a couple of cabin boys (Ron and Oliver). Master Perry took care of the cabin boys.

Thanks to Marty, Robert and Troy for selling the beer bust cups. Also helping out were Lil Ross and Kevin C.

Great kitchen crew: Roger, Joseph, Rowe, Andrew, and Michael M.

Ken W. (Best Pirate Booty 2006), thanks for helping with the raffles and contest.

Powerhouse, Thursday night: Pre Dore Alley Fair Party

Please join us as we kick off Up Your Alley Fair (Leather) weekend. Lots of usual tramps, porn stars and "hos" will be there. The hokey Mr. Dore Alley contest is at midnight.

$5 door fee goes to Stop AIDS but really the five bucks is to keep the riff raff out.

The Dore Alley Fair is Sunday July 26 in front of the Powerhouse.

Dregs Host Pirate Party Friday Sept. 15

Ahoy everyone. We'll be hosting "Jolly Ho" at the Powerhouse in September. Some of the activities will include a Treasure Trail, A walk the Plank event, cute cabin boys will be around, and a Best Pirate Booty contest. Jose will be hosting a special Hospitality table in the back. Grog will be the special drink of the night.

This party will start at 9 pm, end around midnight and will benefit PAWS.

Mark your calendars and dress up as your favorite pirate. More details to be posted later.

Dregs at PLAY Sunday night after Dore Alley Fair

Jose will be helping decorate PLAY, the after Up Your Alley dance party. PLAY will be at DNA on 11th Street, SOMA, near Harrison St. The party runs from 5 pm till around midnight. This will be a fun, leathery themed party. The DJ for the party will be Rob Kafton.

Dore Alley Weekend Fun

The Dregs will be co-hosting the Dore Alley Fair kickoff party Thursday night July 27 at the Powerhouse.

This will be a fun, fun party. Lots of leather men, friendly porn stars, tramps and the crowning of Mr. Dore Alley 2006! Anyone who is nobody can enter the Mr. Dore Alley contest. We ask that the contestants NOT be a previous or current title holder, porn star or Bare Chest Calendar Alum.

Also Jose and Ross will be at the Fair plus at PLAY the Sunday after Fair Dance Party at DNA.

Dregs at FUSION

Calling all Dregs for Post Dore Alley Fair meet-up.

A group of us will be going to FUSION, the post Fair dance party. Meet all the Dregs in the upstairs lounge at the Club (Sound Factory), 525 Harrison. Tickets for FUSION can be purchased at the Powerhouse and Medium Rare Records in the Castro for $15 or $25 at the door. This is a GREAT dance party with lots of hunky, leathery, kinda hairy men (30+)....not really club kids if you know what I mean. www.frictionevents.com
