Wet, raw, meat

Well, some of it is cooked. You can't see the dripping, but trust me, you could hear it.

I'll trust you on this. I can smell it. There's no mistaking the sound/smell of dripping meat over hot stuff.
What's cooking it? Charcoal? (i tried five times to spell that right and finally had to check a dictionary - DUH. A long day after a long night is my only excuse)
Mesquite?
(God forgive!) Natural gas? Then it will taste like burnt farts!

I saw charcoal and gas. I think I smelled mesquite once.

That meat is truly raw. And though the dripping is not immediately visible, the quintessential RAWNESS of this meat more than makes up for it. Good Job, newbie!
