Hi just joined the group as I feel need support as I work on phone lines with the public and Need to be understood my us PHYSIC LIGHT WORKERS.
Attachment has been with me for over 17yrs and It took my twin flame boyfriend to get me to seek help. What a difference now my life is as it gives me the freedom back and joy in my life . Has anybody else had the same or suspects they may. (uk only if guidance needed)

Ditto this question. I read a lot and used to work in a metaphysical shop, not that much gets by me as far as new spiritual trips. I had been thinking more in Buddhist terms at first. I'm wondering if this is a different name for a concept I am quite used to. -

There is a book by some Australian doctor,
he has an institute, probably the first, well,
credible/scientific teaching system for:
recognizing and observing not-self,
removing parasitic energy forms,
his book is called "Entity Attachment"
He's brilliant, the book is great. -
