Does anyone know of a good real estate agent? One who isn't afraid of the "bad" parts of town. One who returns calls and email enquiries in a timely manner. One who understands that I'm from a state with very strict real estate laws; where contracts are very detailed and precise. One who will negotiate contracts that are more complex than what they are use to - I'm meet them in the middle, we will both be uncomfortable (them with more than they are use to and me less). One who won't argue with me about wanting to convert a multifamily home in the downtown area back into a single family home (huge home, low cost, no yard for a busy young professional to mess with - all pluses in my book).
