I know most of this is true for me. I have my Neptune (ruler of Pisces) in Sagittarius in the 12th House, and am extremely sensitive to the environment I am in, am very intuitive about the true emotions and thoughts of others especially those that are secretive, and the part of being overemotional (or being perceived as overemotional) in my communication is very common. The Third House is also the house of brothers and sisters and my first brother (of two, both younger) is a Pisces!
