I have a friend who is looking into upgrading her espresso machine. I love mine and have recommended the francis francis X1. It has power to push water through well packed espresso. There are others out there that I don't know about. her other requirement is that it needs to be pink. Please tell me about your experience and what works for you.

In past March months, Strbcks has had sales. They have an inexpensive, pump driven Saeco espresso machine that works and it has the E.S.E. adapter. I got one at a sales event at Strbcks before the Holidaze of '07.
I should have read before launching into this; I don't know if the Saeco comes in pink. ;-<
