I'm looking for resorces right now. A friend and I are building a fireball generator as part of a laser show. the idea of liquid propaine came up but we dont know how we could get the proper cheap and afordable tanks. We were discusing posable liquide fuel with a nitrogen or helium propelent but unsure of emiter designs etc. Also the idea of using a high powered pump arose.
Any ideas or designs that could be shared would be aprechiated. I am a fire dancer and fire breather and he realy liked the idea of beign able to use liquid fuels so boric acid or other chemicals could be added to do colored flames. Ideas thoughs sugestrions?

Lots to google at on line about how to build a vortex generator, For example: a 33 gallon drum can blow a bitchen smoke ring of flamable vapor across a room to an ignition source......Just a thought, -

Fri, October 12, 2007 - 12:04 PMmy personal fave is lampari pots. the one we have is made from a platform of metal (iron i think) & a 2' high tube that's about 1' wide. disel gas & black powder do it...coarser grain is good if you can find it, but i think finer is better. setup & use is easy...and reusable... -

Fri, October 12, 2007 - 4:00 PMIf you build one of these, you could use propane, it would be invisable, then a bitchen fire ring would just appear at the source of ignition like a candle or something in your routine.
