At this midwinter point, are you in need of some energy and wellbeing?
If so, you can work with Mumiah, Guardian Angel of Wellbeing, and/or Camael, ruler of Mars and connected with the colour ruby red, root chakra, and vitality; here are some useful things to try (from Angelic Abundance, or in USA, this box is called Finding Abundance with Angels):
AFFIRMATION: To affirm my Truth for Energy and Well Being
With Mumiah I affirm my need to be vital, healthy and at peace with myself. I deserve to be whole by achieving physical and spiritual harmony, and building a strong, integrated foundation upon which to grow and develop my abilities.
RAINBOW HEALING: Red for root chakra and strong foundations
Ruby red is the colour that brings confidence, stability and security. It helps blood circulation and powers the strength of the body and limbs.
The symbol to focus on for this chakra is Camael's ruby red cube.
Breathe in deep breaths of golden energy, breathing out negative emotions, until you feel filled with angelic light, the breath of life.
Invoke Camael (and/or other chosen angels) asking for ruby light to flow into your root chakra, filling you with rich, glowing energy. Feel it flowing in and the process beginning to strengthen your very foundation in life.
Visualise the cube symbol of your chakra glowing with bright red light.
Will the ruby light to flow throughout your body expanding your feeling of wellbeing and vitality, the more you can do this the more effective it will be.
Breathe out the ruby light, sending this colour to your aura, signifying to the Universe to take note: you are full of energy and ready for action!

MEDITATION: Source of Life - Sparkling Energy and Wellbeing
Take deep breaths in and out of pure, sparkling, clear energy, expelling your negative thoughts, until you feel surrounded with crystal energy.
Ground this energy through your feet, sending it to down to Mother Earth.
Keep breathing this energy in and out until you feel enclosed by crystalline light. Imagine you are in the vessel that holds the Source of Life.
Invoke Mumiah to bring you health. From Universal Source dazzling energy streams into your crown. Pure and clear, it flows downwards filling your body with liquid light. Comprised of both silver and gold rays, it strengthens the immune system and provides perfect energy balance.
Will and intend that it cleanses, purifies and balances you in mind, body and spirit, until you feel lighter and clearer in body and mind.
Now you can re-fill your body with rainbow rays. Use any colour you feel drawn to use and then invoke Gabriel for silver of the Moon, and Raphael for the golden ray of the Sun to seal in all your healing.
