I had assumed that rule #17 was in place. And I was and am prepared to sacrifice images posted in this tribe to said gods of digital transformation.

But does that mean I can flout the satellite imagery rule? or would you prefer to limit the imagery to satellite derived material?

There's room for a harmony of rules... My personal rule is that I will limit the images I post here to those involving satellite photography. And I won't object if your personal rule allows you to post land-based photographs of the earth in addition to satellite photos.

Hmmm... Maybe we should consider Skylar a low-orbital satellite equipped with digital camera...
