I saw Deepak Chopra speak yesterday. ... Let me pause and absoarb that again... very inspiring and he had a point that I'd like to bring up here. He said that the Soul embraces uncertainty so that it can be creative.
My interpretation of this is that that is why you should never assume you know it all, whether it is in Belly Dance, the Healing Arts or life in general. Your soul is OK with you not knowing it all so that You can create.

I have found this to be so true over the last few years of teaching and directing a troupe. I'm good with no knowing it all--very good. I've had my most creative moments because I didn't assume I knew it and went in search of the answe and was blessed with people who didn't mind "not knowing it all" right along with me! -
