Narah, I am still amazed at how beautifully your Shoulder Roll 8s worked the Energy of the Heart Chakra!!!

Because I use dance as a way of connecting with my Source/Creator and as one of several methods of Energy/Healing work, I am thrilled to have learned this move!! And knowing that this is a "signature" move of yours, your creation, I am convinced that it was Divinely inspired!

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful gift!

    I'm so glad you got so much more than a new move out of the shoulder figure 8's! I originally planned on teaching it with a layer... not enough time. I'm sorry with the CD "getting louder and louder" ;-) you must not have heard me say that I originally learned that from Ziah Ali. I don't remember who she learned it from... but it is quite Divine, isn't it?

      Then maybe the "Divine Inspiration" is that it was not layered? The divine-ness was definitely coming from you!

        thank you Kali! :) I originally learned it from Ziah unlayered, but plan in the next workshop to add a layer. It was probably good for everyone to learn that first and practice a while before learning a layer to go with it.

          Aja, my student and co-troupe director, and I have emailed back and forth discussing "practicing it"!!!

          I've been a Reiki Practioner for 8 years (a Reiki Master for only 2) and I have to say it is one of the best dance moves for clearing and healing the heart chakra that I've ever run into. I will give Z'iah credit for teaching it to you, but I will continue to give you credit for teaching it in a manner that is Spiritual.

              When next you and I have a chance to sit an talk, I'll have to tell you about some of the chakara healings and cleansings that have come about with several of my students due to certain dance moves!
