On to the posting-
That was a bit of a shock. A month before that I got a 'supplemental asessment'- apparently Donald White thinks I should give more to live in Oakland. How many more cops do we need- it's not like the crime rate is gettign any better. More assualts and robberies are reported now than 3 or 4 years ago. Crime rate is attached to the unemployment rate, not so much poverty and the Bad Poor People.
How many additional administrators am I paying for to get oakland schools back on track?? why not put those monies to hire better teachers and put more CPS/APS psychologists on the payroll instead of cutting those programs. but I digress....
My escrow acct will take care of it, but if i'm doing the math correctly I don't think it's going to cover it completely. When I talk to Chafa I get the typical beurocrat blowoff- 'yeah' just fax it. Numba? fax it to 916-555-eatme'. That's the last I hear of it. Repatead followup calls produce the same reply. How can they lose the same fax 4 times??
