very nice atmosphere. down to earth teachers. a small business with a wonderful, gracious owner.
hatha, ashtanga, kundalini, anusara, yin, pre- and post- natal, and family yoga, plus special events (chant and social nights) and workshops.
also lovely loose leaf teas and reasonably priced yoga accessories and gifts. -

It's on Grant St. around the corner from the Liquor Store.
Used to be totally awesome, now... it's has a new owner, but I hear she's just lovely.
There is a teacher there called Natasha... highly recommend her. She's got lots of worldly experience, and teaches Jivamukti.

hase yoga upstairs a couple of times a week.
If you go in and talk to whom ever is working in the store they can give you a schedual.
