This is a three day outdoor event for the community that will be taking place near Iowa City on August 10th, 11th, and 12th. There will be live music and DJ's as well as fire performances, a marketplace selling many various items, a small amount of concessions- An all around good time with friends. Be sure to make it out!!! If you want to help out in anyway get in contact with us, we would love the help!

This is the beginning of a new day. The divine has given us this day to use as we will.
We can waste it or use it for good, but what we do today is
important, because we are exchanging a day of our life for it!
When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever,
leaving in its place something that we have traded for it.
We want it to be gain, and not loss:
good, and not evil:
success, and not failure;
in order that we shall not regret the price that we have paid for it.




WHAT?

- Healing arts Music festival
- Three days/ two nights campout event
- Community based event; created for you, formed from you
- Two stages
- Bands
- DJs
- Many out of state performers
- Fire performers
- Healing arts/ Political awareness area
- A Chance to give LINDA aka Granny or Kix a MOHAWK!
- MUCH, MUCH, MORE TBA



HOW MUCH?

- One non-parishable canned good
- One Tiki Torch to enhance the event
- What ever monetary donation you can afford to give $10 suggested MINIMUM donation


WHAT IS THE REASON?

- To have an affordable event for people to share their talents/ idea, help find their spirituality, and give back to the community.
- Collect canned goods for local food bank
- Donate any and all extra funding from the event to Support the Future (Books for Iowa schools)
- To give LINDA aka Granny or Kix a MOHAWK!

HOW WILL THIS EVENT BE FUNDED?

- We will fund this event threw your monetary donations as well as your donations of time, talents, & equipment.
- We also plan to make memorabilia, such as T-shirts, posters, stickers, etc, to be sold at the event for a low cost.

We look forward to working with you to create this event. We are sure it will be an event to enhance our individual talents, ideas, and spirituality, but most of all to share community. This event will be what we make it, so let’s make it one to remember!
