A small clear quartz crystal

Hold the candle and visualize it
as an object of peace.

Light the wick and look deeply into
the flame, watch it dance and flicker.

Allow your body and mind to completely
relax, and visualize peace in your life

Place the crystal next to the candle.
Chant the rhyme.
