There is a parcel next to the Eco-ark that has come up for sale, and at a reasonable price. $30k for 3 acres. On the corner (roads on two sides) which is a great thing for access since most lots have only 150 feet of frontage and are 871 feet back into the jungle. That means it is not as private as most of the non-corner lots would be. But it is a lot easier to access, because "your" road is already built. It is the lowest priced lot available at the moment, which means it will go fast. A lot across the street is also listed, but the seller is asking for $90k (though it's not improved in any way) and I feel it is over priced. There are a couple of other lots close by listed as well, asking for more than $30k so if anyone is interested send me a personal message and I will hook you up with more information.
