thought i'd share some sources of mental tools that are good for everyone, but especially important for the self-employed.

Steve Pavlina - this guy has a lot of good self-improvement motivational tips, from how to be an early riser, to getting more from your work day (on a side note, the guy graduated from university in 3 semesters by applying some of these habits). i find it an inspiring site with lots of good free advice on productivity as well as on goal setting and getting. check out his articles and blog posts...

also i highly recommend the stephen covey book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" way deeper than I thought, as he talks as much about integrity and living with your values as productivity and effective habit forming, which as he points out must be based on the before mentioned. check out summary www.quickmba.com/mgmt/7hab/
i have found this clasic book available in most libraries.
