Environmental Encroachment, Chicago performance art group also known as EE uses puppets, projections, live music and costumes to create unique entertainment environments, parades, processions, circus shows and punk artist marching band encroachments. There is a marching band phase, and a stage show phase of EE. Currently, we're working with bass, theremin, drums, and horns. We've been doing a lot of focussed work on our percussion, helping our stage and marching songs. We also want to promote more of our multi-media aspects of our presence at shows, as well as festivals. We're also currently working on DVD projects. Here's a bio about us:

EE is a group of performers who combine costumed marching band with a live multimedia stage performance, consisting of projections, shadow puppetry, backpack puppets, live sound and theatrics.

WeE started in 1996, with playground installations and live music interactions. EE creates environments for people to play, be childlike, play music, be curious, free. Playgrounds for the mind. We are now marching, encroaching, using puppets, costumes, dance and our talents for full frontal performance onslaughts.

EE can do children's shows, Halloween shows, street busking, tactical encroachments, playground installations, puppet festivals, percussion and puppet making workshops, rituals, marching bands that grow when fertilized, raw architectural projects, circusesque sideshows, vaudevillian skits, straight out music jams and synchronized swimming with tubas.
